Do you accept returns and refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of my product(Earrings) all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will gladly make it right.

What company do you ship with? How long does it take for shipping?

As soon as your order is placed it is processed.  I try to mail it out next day through USPS Ground Advantage.  From there it is up to them. They state a 2-5 business day mailing time with prices starting at approximately $5.00 for a box less than 4oz. Pricing does depend on weight and destination.

Do you ship Internationally?

No. I am currently shipping in the United States only

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. I offer free shipping to orders over $50.00 for Domestic orders only.

How do I care for my earrings?

Gently wipe with a damp cloth and store in a dry place. Avoid wearing them in water or keeping them in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Try to avoid hairspray or other harsh chemicals as they can scratch and permanently damage your earrings.
