Do you accept returns and refunds?
Due to the nature of my product(Earrings) I do not accept returns nor do I refund for the product purchased. You should inspect your earrings upon receipt and contact us immediately if they are defective or the wrong item. You will have to provide your order number and a brief description of the issue along with a photo. After evaluating the provided information, I will send a replacement free of charge. I will not replace your purchase after 5 days from receipt date.
What company do you ship with? How long does it take for shipping?
As soon as your order is placed it is processed. I try to mail it out next day through USPS Ground Advantage. From there it is up to them. They state a 2-5 business day mailing time with prices starting at $7.20 for a box less than 4oz.
Do you ship Internationally?
No. I'm am in the United States only
Do you offer free shipping?
I offer free shipping to orders over $50.00 for Domestic orders only.
How do I care for my earrings?
Gently wipe with a damp cloth and store in a dry place. Avoid wearing them in water or keeping them in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Try to avoid hairspray or other harsh chemicals as they can scratch and permently damage your earrings.
